Our bath solutions are available nationwide. We supply directly to custom and production homebuilders, as well as multifamily developers.

Shipping and Timelines

We offer immediate shipment for many of our acrylic products. Royal Manufacturing will work within your project construction schedule and deliver directly to your jobsite.

Custom Countertops

Our custom countertops are available for new construction and remodeling projects in Texas, North Carolina and South Carolina.

Estimates for Colors and Edges

We’ll start the process by providing an estimate based on blueprint layouts or provided dimensions. We can also come out and measure your project.

Estimates can be provided for various:

  • Color groups
  • Edge thicknesses
  • Edge profiles

Once you’ve decided on a material and edge treatment, you can submit an order form online.

Preparing for Installation

Here are several steps you can take to ensure a smooth countertop installation.

Approve Materials and Edge Treatments

  • Material selection. Natural stone can vary in color, so we advise our clients to personally approve slabs and edge treatments prior to fabrication. Slabs can be reviewed at our distributors or our warehouse. (Some colors are very consistent, so we will advise you if this step is not necessary for your selection.)

Prepare Cabinets, Sinks and Appliances

We need to visit your job site prior to fabricating countertops. This allows us to make accurate patterns of the areas receiving countertops.

  • Sinks and faucets. When selecting a sink and faucet, choose a sink that fits in the cabinet opening. It should not interfere with drawers or filtration systems. The sink should be at the jobsite for the template appointment. Our technicians will verify it fits before bringing it back to our shop.
  • Stovetops and vent systems. Using a drop-in stovetop with a pop-up downdraft? We need it at the jobsite when we template. This unit fits very closely to the backsplash, so measurements must be accurate.
  • Cabinets. New cabinets must be set straight and level at the time of the template, especially when using 2- or 3-cm granite. Surfaces being templated should be cleared of all items. Additionally, cabinet modifications should be finished before installation.

Fabrication and Installation

Our experienced cutting specialists keep joints to a minimum while maximizing each slab. They also align veining for aesthetically pleasing placement at joints.

The stone is fabricated after being cut to the appropriate size. Fabrication includes shaping and polishing the stone’s edge detail.

Countertops are ready for installation approximately 10 business days after templating.

Installation Day

Here’s what you can expect during installation:

Installation

We’ll contact you to arrange a date and time for installation. It normally takes one day, but some jobs take longer to finish.

Water and electricity

Water and electricity must be available for the installers.

Clear the area

Clear the area of construction materials and appliances. This allows our crew to go to work immediately.

Apply a penetrating sealer

Once your natural stone countertop has been installed and cleaned, our technicians will apply a penetrating sealer.

Leaving the jobsite

Our installers will clean their installation area before leaving the jobsite.

Please make a final inspection of the job. We want to be certain you or your client are satisfied.
